The unit's durable stainless-steel inner pan is designed to bring food to a boil before being placed in the outer container, which keeps food warm. The appliance offers five, digital, keep-warm temperature settings--160, 165, 175, 185, and 195 degrees F, as well as accurate temperature control provided by its Direct Thermal Sensor System.
